Free phone and online chat counselling for young people aged 5-25 years of age.

Headspace is an organisation that provides early intervention mental health services to young people aged 12-25 years of age. Online information and counselling as well as phone counselling is available. Services include an Early Psychosis program and support for families, educators, and professionals.

Telephone counsellors are available to assist with parenting needs for babies, children, and adolescents.

24/7 crisis support. Confidential, one-on-one short term support for people having difficulty coping or feeling safe.

Free 24/7 phone service to offer assistance in finding the appropriate mental health service. Mental health professionals will complete a brief assessment and make recommendations for appropriate care including referral to NSW Health Mental Health services.

24/7 phone, online chat, or video counselling to people affected by suicide. Available resources include information on Depression, relationships, loneliness, bereavement, mood disorders.
